We are seeking Nursing (Administrator) Directors for acute care hospitals nationwide. The ideal candidate would possess 5 years in an acute care hospital and 3 years in a director role.

Requirements of the Director of Nursing (Administrator):

  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Current and Valid RN license
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN) required
  • Master’s degree strongly preferred
  • BLS Required
  • ACLS Required
  • PALS Required
  • 5 years’ current experience working in acute care hospital
  • 3 years’ experience working in a Nursing (Administrator) unit in a leadership role

Responsibilities of the Director of Nursing (Administrator):

  • The Director of Nursing (Administrator) assures great service, growth, development, and personnel management to ensure consistency in the Nursing Department
  • Develops, implements, and evaluates the Registered Nursing program to ensure quality patient care consistent with the Hospital mission
  • Maintains complete and accurate records of assessments, financials and budgets
  • Promotes a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach towards patients, families and all members of the nursing team
