What You’ll Do

• Lead innovation across actuarial functions, enhancing traditional analysis with modern data science and modeling techniques
• Own the reserving process and contribute to capital modeling initiatives
• Expand and embed AI applications to improve actuarial insight and efficiency
• Serve as a visible organizational leader, reporting directly to the Chief Actuary and partnering closely with IT, Claims, Marketing, Underwriting and Executive Leadership
• Develop the modeling team to be a standout against industry peers.

What You Bring

• 8 or more years of relevant Property Casualty experience
• Proven advanced modeling experience in Property Casualty
• ACAS or FCAS strongly preferred
• Strong foundation in advanced modeling (e.g., individual claim modeling and related techniques)
• Experience in reserving; capital modeling exposure is a plus
• Proficiency in Python, R, or comparable tools
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence cross-functionally
• Exceptional communication skills — able to translate technical depth into strategic impact
