They are looking for a top notch Med Surg Director.

This position provides direction and oversight of Med Surg & telemetry. The Director of Med Surg should be a leader with vision, initiative, strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills and a record of making a decisive impact. The Director of Medical Surgical is a high visibility, high impact, leadership role. The Director will lead and orchestrate the development, supervision and evaluation of service line administrative and operational activities. The Director Med Surg will enhance, implement, and oversee a strategy and process that is data driven, evidence based, team oriented, patient centered and collaborative with Medical Staff, with the objective of improving the outcomes of patient care delivery and reducing costs.

Requirements:

·        BSN

·        2+ years Medical Surgical Leadership experience

·        RN license in the state of Florida or willing to obtain
