Director of Marketing

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

The Director of Marketing will build and run the company’s marketing operating system — CRM architecture, lifecycle design, creative direction, lead discovery and nurturing, segmentation, attribution, campaign execution, and reporting — across all business units.

Ideal Candidate:
• Technical, operational, and creative — the “Marketing CTO + Creative Director.”
• Builds efficient systems, compelling creative, and strong nurturing funnels.
• Thrives in multi-brand complexity and rapid execution environments.

Creative Leadership:
• Direct creative strategy, visual identity, and asset development.
• Provide hands-on design (Adobe/Canva) or direct outsourced designers.
• Ensure cohesive brand expression across all customer touchpoints.

Lead Discovery & Nurturing:
• Architect full-funnel discovery and inbound acquisition programs.
• Build multi-stage nurture flows for dealer, DTC, and install customers.
• Improve conversion via journey design, scoring, personalization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Own Dynamics CRM: lifecycle, segmentation, scoring, automation.
• Direct remote dev team for integrations, tracking, optimization.
• Build Power BI dashboards (pipeline, ROAS, CAC, velocity).
• Lead SEO/SEM, email/SMS, paid social, retargeting campaigns.
• Oversee brand/creative production and standards.
• Manage internal staff, agencies, remote developers.

Required Experience:
• 5–8+ yrs Marketing Ops/Growth; 3+ yrs hands-on Dynamics CRM.
• Proven CRM journey design, segmentation, lead processes.
• Creative leadership + design or art direction ability.
• Multi-site/brand experience; strong analytics; Power BI.
• Experience directing technical/development resources.

Nice to Have:
• Marketo/Mailchimp « Dynamics sync.
• Power Automate / Power Platform.
• Building materials or home-services category.

Compensation:
$100k+ base pay package, BC/BS insurance, and excellent benefits.
