We are seeking a Director of Marketing based in the Southeast. Candidates must have at least 5 years of multi-family marketing experience, at or above the manager level. This role is the head of the marketing department for a company that continues to grow throughout the east coast. They own and operate a diverse portfolio of multifamily properties and are seeking someone who enjoys being involved in high-level, big-picture strategy as well as being hands-on.
