Director of Marketing
Marketing Director
Manufacturing & Construction Leader
Fox Valley, Wisconsin
Why This Is a Dream Job
A well-established manufacturing and construction company is entering a period of focused, strategic growth, expanding its presence beyond a regional footprint toward a national platform. This role plays a central part in shaping how that growth is positioned and communicated.
The company’s work is highly visible and design-driven, with products and installations that define the exterior of buildings and shape the stories projects tell to owners, architects, and communities. As a result, marketing is closely connected to real work happening every day—new projects, new applications, and real installations create a steady stream of authentic content.
This is a senior, hands-on Marketing Director role with meaningful influence. The position offers full ownership of the marketing function while working closely with an engaged and supportive leadership team. A strong brand foundation is already in place, including established guidelines, a clear vision, and active momentum. The opportunity is to build upon that work—bringing creative and strategic thinking to evolve, refine, and scale what has already been started.
At its core, this role is about translating real work into clear, compelling stories that build trust, recognition, and long-term brand value.
For a Marketing Director seeking autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to shape a growing national brand without starting from scratch, this is a rare and rewarding opportunity.
