Our client is a 5* boutique resort group in Philippines.

This role will oversee two 5* resorts with a total inventory of about 200 keys, as well as future projects.

This role will be based in Manila Head Office and will be reporting directly to the COO.

Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, Marketing Communications or Public Relations
• 5 years of experience in related field
• Coming from luxury background
• Good understanding of the luxury lifestyle market
• Strong in PR and Online & Offline Marketing Strategy
• Strong knowledge and understanding of current trends in digital media / social media
• Excellent skill of English both spoken and written
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to maintain healthy level of diplomacy and discretion while dealing with customers and stakeholders at all levels
• Confident in delivering public presentations and pitches
• Passion for the role / a “go getter” naturally outgoing personality
• Familiar working with essential digital marketing tools and technologies
• Strong media connections
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to prioritize, follow up and be well organized with good attention to details
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, layout and design skills
• Very strong and effective planning and time management skills
• Proactive & innovative
• Team player at all levels, participates actively with team
• Good leader and motivator
• Understanding of budgets
• Wide degree of creativity
• Self motivated with a positive and professional approach to management
• Ability to multitask and deliver under pressure
