Director of Manufacturing - National

The Role You Will Play:

• Lead and oversee operations across multiple manufacturing facilities producing HVAC sheet metal, duct, pipe, and related components.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve production efficiency, throughput, quality, and safety.
• Drive Lean/continuous improvement initiatives, cost control, and operational KPIs.
• Manage plant managers, production, quality, supply chain, and logistics teams while fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
• Partner with sales, engineering, and customer service to align operational capacity with customer demand and new product introductions.
