A growing diagnostics organization is seeking a Director of Operations to oversee daily laboratory operations. This role manages technical supervisors, ensures compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and drives efficiency across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee laboratory operations and staff productivity.

• Manage quality control, compliance, and proficiency testing.

• Collaborate with senior leadership on policies, budgets, and instrumentation.

• Support staff development, training, and leadership growth.

• Lead process improvements, troubleshooting, and operational initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in a relevant scientific field.

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a laboratory environment.

• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Experience with Lean/Six Sigma preferred.
