100+ bed hospital has an opportunity for a Director of Laboratory. Will ovesee a staff of approximately 30 through three Supervisors. 17,000 monthly tests. 80% of tests are done in-house. Administrative leader of all areas of clinical laboratory services to include: Chemistry, Hematology, Coagulation, Serology/Immunology, Urinalysis, Microbiology, Transfusion Services, Phlebotomy, Point of Care, Pathology, Histology, Cytology, and the Rural Health Service Clinic laboratories. Coordinates a wide variety of administrative, fiscal, regulatory, and technical activities to ensure efficient operation of the clinical laboratory.

Appropriate candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree and previous management experience within a hospital laboratory.
