Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute IT strategy supporting business goals and digital transformation
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including core systems, networks, cloud services, and user technologies
  • Lead cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance (NCUA, FFIEC, GLBA)
  • Manage daily IT operations to ensure system performance and reliability
  • Lead and develop IT staff; foster a high-performance culture
  • Oversee vendors, contracts, and technology partnerships
  • Establish IT policies for data governance, security, and business continuity
  • Manage IT budget, forecasting, and capital planning
  • Lead IT projects, ensuring timely and effective delivery
  • Collaborate with leadership to improve operations and member services
  • Evaluate emerging technologies for efficiency and security
  • Maintain documentation for audits and compliance
  • Oversee data management, reporting, and help desk support

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred)
