We are looking for a Director of IT to work for our client. The ideal candidate aligns with the responsibilities and qualifications outlined below.

This is a great opportunity for a technology leader to oversee IT operations and drive strategic technology initiatives, in an onsite role based in Cleveland, OH.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the IT department, including infrastructure, support, and systems
• Develop and execute IT strategy in alignment with overall business goals
• Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of IT professionals across various disciplines
• Ensure the reliability, security, and performance of IT systems and infrastructure
• Partner with business leaders to identify and implement technology solutions
• Oversee IT policies, procedures, and disaster recovery/business continuity planning
• Drive digital transformation and technology modernization initiatives

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive IT experience, including prior management or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and security best practices
• Proven experience managing budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills
