They are searching for a Director of ER and ICU to join their great team!

The Director of ICU and Emergency Room directs the staff and programs of the emergency services unit and ICU. The Director of Critical Care and ER develops and introduces approved standards and guidelines for emergency service and ICU programs. The Critical Care & Emergency Director ensures quality care for patients. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to top management.

Requirements:

·        BSN

·        5+ years leadership experience in ICU or ER
