Our client is a 5* very high-end luxury boutique resort with +/- 30 rooms.
Note that this superb resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.
Please note that this position is available for Indonesian only.
Profile
• Experience in 5* luxury boutique resort
• Remote location experience is a plus
• Previous #1 experience not a must, also a strong current #2 would be considered
• Good written and spoken English
• High integrity, team player, competent, professional
• Excellent people and communication skills
• Strong in training, learning, and development
• Think out of the box with a big picture strategy
• Strong in motivational and performance management and leadership development
• Familiar with organization structure, HR policies & procedures, recruitment, training, performance appraisal
• Prepares, monitors and controls the hotels annual Human Resources budget
• Mature with positive behavior as a role model
• Strong organization skills, problem-solving skills, innovative and result oriented
• Able to work under pressure and highly organized
• Energetic and great personality
• Creative, dynamic, and innovative
• Can do attitude
