Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 7+ years of HR leadership in manufacturing, with expertise in labor relations and multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of compensation, benefits, and employee development programs
- Proficient in analyzing HR metrics for data-driven decision-making
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Expertise in HR policy development, compliance, and affirmative action programs
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic guidance on workforce planning, compensation, benefits, training, and labor relations
- Design and implement HR initiatives to support organizational objectives
- Lead and mentor HR team to drive performance and collaboration
- Oversee employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment, promotions, and separations
- Monitor human capital metrics to identify trends and implement solutions
- Ensure compliance with affirmative action programs and personnel policies
- Direct training programs to enhance workforce capabilities
- Manage exempt-level recruitment and career development initiatives
- Maintain organizational charts and recommend innovative HR policies
- Perform additional duties as needed to support organizational goals
Schedule and Compensation:
Engagement: Fully on-site.
Compensation Range: $140 - 155K Base Salary
Benefits Package: Performance-based annual bonus targeting 10% of salary, paired with a comprehensive benefits package.
Relocation: Comprehensive relocation support equivalent to % of annual salary, including moving expenses and 30 days of temporary accommodation.
