🎯 Your Mission
As Director of HR, you'll be both strategic architect and cultural steward. You’ll report directly to the CEO and lead a nimble, capable team in shaping how talent is hired, developed, and retained. You’ll work cross-functionally to build structures, policies, and programs that empower managers, elevate early-career staff, and support a high-growth trajectory.
🔑 Key Responsibilities

Lead HR strategy while remaining deeply hands-on with day-to-day priorities

Drive talent attraction and retention strategies across all departments

Partner with Marketing, Sales, and Tech leadership to write compelling job profiles and hire A-players

Champion performance management, learning & development, and succession planning

Integrate core values into all HR policies and culture touchpoints

Guide compensation reviews, compliance initiatives, and HR systems management

Serve as a consultative partner to senior leadership on morale, ethics, engagement, and org design

Support benefits design, onboarding, DEI efforts, and legal compliance

Provide HR reporting insights and own key projects related to growth, training, and operations
💼 Ideal Profile

8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 in an HR leadership role
-
Bachelor's required; Master's or PHR/SPHR/SHRM-SCP preferred

Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, media, consulting, or tech

Strong knowledge of HR operations—especially in fast-moving, lean companies

Passion for people, performance, and practical systems

Excellent communication and coaching instincts

Comfortable wearing both the strategic and operational HR hats
