The Opportunity
Our client is seeking a Director of Human Resources to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership. This individual will play a key role in shaping organizational strategy through people, driving engagement, and building scalable HR infrastructure to support continued expansion.

This role requires a leader who can operate at both the strategic and execution level, elevating HR from a functional area to a core business driver.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and execution of a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Transform and optimize the recruitment lifecycle, improving efficiency, quality of hire, and scalability
  • Build and implement talent acquisition and workforce planning strategies for a growing healthcare organization
  • Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives that enhance retention and performance
  • Partner with leadership on organizational design, succession planning, and leadership development
  • Establish and monitor HR metrics and KPIs to inform strategic decisions
  • Ensure compliance across all HR practices within a regulated healthcare environment
  • Continuously evaluate and improve HR systems, workflows, and policies

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
  • 7+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership at a senior or director level
  • Strong background in strategic HR, organizational development, and talent management
  • Experience within healthcare, hospice, palliative care, or related industries strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale HR functions in a growing organization
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with strong business acumen
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
