Director of Human Resources - FILLED

Morgan Hunter HealthSearch is assiting an 1,100 employee, non-profit hospital located in the western United States with the search for a new Director of Human Resources. This is a confidential search as the organization is replacing the incumbent. The new director will report to the CEO and oversee all aspects of human resources through seven direct reports. The initial focus will be to assess the low performing department and make appropriate changes for improvement.

The appropriate candidate will be a very experienced human resources leader with prior healthcare experience. A Bachelor's Degree is required with a Master's preferred.
