Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and department leaders, establishing credibility and strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Lead and evolve recruitment and workforce development strategies, with particular focus on skilled trades and service technician talent pipelines.
- Assess and enhance talent acquisition processes to improve hiring efficiency and strengthen the candidate funnel.
- Evaluate and refine onboarding programs, including integration strategies related to acquisitions.
- Align HR strategies, systems, and capabilities with overall business strategy and operational goals.
- Drive transformation of employee engagement initiatives to support empowerment, retention, and a high-performance culture.
- Implement scalable HR systems and processes to support continued growth across multiple locations.
- Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce planning, engagement, and performance strategies.
- Build and lead a cohesive HR team that reflects a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Support organizational change initiatives within a dynamic, growing, and multi-site operating environment.

- Preferred experience with mergers and acquisitions, including integration and onboarding strategy.
- Track record of leading employee engagement and empowerment initiatives that result in measurable improvements in retention and satisfaction.
- Ability to build trust and credibility across technical, operational, and executive teams.
