Summary
The Director of Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for building and leading a modern, people-centered HR function within a growing, multi-site industrial services environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team and department leaders, establishing credibility and strong cross-functional partnerships.
  • Lead and evolve recruitment and workforce development strategies, with particular focus on skilled trades and service technician talent pipelines.
  • Assess and enhance talent acquisition processes to improve hiring efficiency and strengthen the candidate funnel.
  • Evaluate and refine onboarding programs, including integration strategies related to acquisitions.
  • Align HR strategies, systems, and capabilities with overall business strategy and operational goals.
  • Drive transformation of employee engagement initiatives to support empowerment, retention, and a high-performance culture.
  • Implement scalable HR systems and processes to support continued growth across multiple locations.
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform workforce planning, engagement, and performance strategies.
  • Build and lead a cohesive HR team that reflects a culture of servant leadership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Support organizational change initiatives within a dynamic, growing, and multi-site operating environment.
