About the Role

As the Director of Healthcare Services, you will:

  • Lead and oversee resident services, ensuring their physical and psychosocial needs are met with dignity and respect.
  • Supervise and manage a team of RNs, LPNs, Home Health Aides, and Personal Care Aides.
  • Provide training, supervision, and frequent medication audits to ensure high-quality care.
  • Coordinate services for new referrals, perform assessments, and oversee resident care plans.
  • Foster a warm, caring atmosphere where residents feel at home and well-supported.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a skilled and compassionate nurse leader who:

  • Has graduated from an accredited nursing program and holds a current RN license in Minnesota.
  • Brings 2+ years of nursing experience, preferably in dementia care, long-term care, or acute care.
  • Possesses prior supervisory/management experience in healthcare.
  • Holds CPR certification and knowledge of home health regulatory/reimbursement requirements.
