Director of HR - Perimeter Area
The Director of HR assumes responsibility for the employee programs at the company: recruiting top talent, development of our current team and HR processes and partnerships.
Responsibilities include:
• Driver of Leadership/Management/Accountability Principles
• Promotes and preserves the culture by developing and implementing company initiatives around culture and employee engagement
• Leads a continuous learning environment in professional and personal development: programs, mentorship, resource management
• Designs, plans and implements human resources programs and policies related to staffing, benefits and training/onboarding
• Fosters an open, respectful and fair working environment
• Effectively navigates the organization and external partners to leverage resources
• Compelling thought leadership in the HR Department processes, systems and culture
• Assists Leadership in compensation modeling
