Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.
The Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q3 2026.
Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.
This role will be reporting directly to General Manager.
You will be heavily involved with the pre-opening activities and oversee the day to day operations of FO Department including Front Desk, Transportation, Guest Relations and Services, as well as Leisure activities, and lead and mentor a team of passionate staff who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests.
Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.

• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
• International experience is a plus
• Pre-opening experience a plus
• Experience in the same or similar position
• Very visible position, guest focused and engaging, passionate about service, meet and know the guests
• Excellent English both spoken and written
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Outgoing and cheerful personality
• Excellent skills in handling complaints
• Excellent communication skills
