Our client is a 5* boutique resort with less than 100 units and multiple F&B outlets on an idyllic beach on a tropical island in Philippines.

The Resort is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q3 2026.

Note that this resort is located in a magnificent, but remote location.

This role oversees F&B service (not culinary), and will be reporting directly to General Manager.

You will be heavily involved with the pre-opening activities and oversee the day to day operations of F&B Service Department, and lead and mentor a team of passionate staff who will deliver a truly memorable experience for their guests.

Please note that this position is available for Filipino Nationals only.

Profile

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management, or related field
• Experience in 5-star luxury hotels or resorts
• Experience in the same or similar position
• Pre-opening experience is a plus
• Passionate about Food, Beverages and the hospitality industry
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovate in revenue generating efforts
• Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Good knowledge of high service standard
• Familiar with budgeting and costing
• Computer literate
• Strong guest contact
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Willing to learn, eye for details
• Well organized, hands-on and able to work independently
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Creative, energetic and positive individual
