This is not a standard hotel role.
We are working on what will be one of the most ambitious luxury hospitality openings in South-East Asia. A flagship project designed to set a new benchmark for F&B in the region.
This role will oversee a 12-outlet operation designed to compete with the leading standalone dining destinations in the city.

• Large scale luxury development with 500+ keys
• 12 F&B concepts, including 8 signature restaurants
• Bold, innovative F&B concepts built to set new award-winning benchmarks
• Multiple collaborations with Celebrity Chefs and leading F&B brands
• A strong focus on destination dining, not just hotel F&B
• Designed to become one of the most talked about openings in the region

THE ROLE
You will lead the full F&B strategy, from concept execution to commercial performance.
Your mandate is clear:
• Build a market leading F&B operation in a competitive destination
• Drive positioning beyond “hotel dining” into standalone restaurant relevance
• Lead pre-opening, recruitment, training, and culture building
• Deliver strong financial performance across multiple high volume outlets
• Create experiences that attract both international guests and local clientele
This is a hands-on leadership role with full ownership.

• Strong exposure to concept driven, high end dining environments
• Exposure to Michelin* restaurants
• Proven track record managing complex, multi outlet operations
• Pre-opening experience is essential

• A leader who builds teams, culture, and performance
