Our client is a 5* International Chain hotel with 500+ Rooms and a very large F&B Operation, including extensive Banqueting facilities.

Hotel is still in pre-opening phase, opening is scheduled for Q2 2026.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Profile

• A bachelor’s degree or a 3-year diploma is preferred
• Asia experience
• Pre-opening experience is a must
• DOFB experience in 5 star international chain hotels
• Large operation experience, minimum of 300 units and up
• Strong luxury foundation in internationally branded properties
• Strong knowledge of working practices and principles in a 5-star hospitality setting
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Highly interactive, people friendly, sensitive to staff needs and a great team player
• Able to deal effectively with guests in a luxury hotel environment
• Must maintain a well-groomed and professional appearance
• Actively involved in ensuring excellent guest experience and innovate in revenue generating efforts
• Well presented, sociable, outgoing pleasant personality
• Ability to communicate with all levels of personnel and guests
• Having good knowledge of high service standard
• Familiar with budgeting and costing
• Computer literate
• Strong guest contact
• Strong leadership skills and result oriented
• Well organized, energetic, hands-on and able to work independently
• Hard working and able to work efficiently under pressure
• Team player with excellent communication skills
