Responsibilities:

• Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements in compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead the financial reporting team and ensure timely filings for internal and external stakeholders
• Develop and implement reporting processes and internal controls to enhance efficiency
• Collaborate with executive leadership on strategic financial initiatives
• Stay current on accounting standards and regulatory changes impacting reporting

Qualifications:

• CPA designation required
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including leadership roles in financial reporting
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, SEC reporting, and internal controls
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Proven ability to manage complex reporting requirements in a dynamic environment
