Desired Skills, Qualities and Experiences:

• 3-5+ years of experience in a financial controller or senior accounting role. Preferred: Healthcare experience.
• Preferred: CPA.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Hands on management style with experience training their team and working with executive leadership on what their finance team needs.
