Job Description
senior finance leader with deep multi-entity experience. The role oversees consolidated financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting, cash flow management, and full-cycle accounting across several corporate and investment structures.
They need someone who has worked with REITs and/or Limited Partnerships, is comfortable building financial frameworks for new entities, and can partner closely with auditors, legal, and investors. Strong IFRS/ASPE knowledge, advanced financial modelling skills, and experience leading small teams are important.
The ideal profile is a CPA with 7–10+ years in real estate, investment funds, or similar—someone who can balance hands-on work with strategic insight and who’s strong at communicating complex financial information to senior stakeholders
