Position Responsibilities:
- Lead accounting, financial reporting, and monthly closing processes.
- Oversee FP&A, budgeting, and financial performance analysis.
- Manage order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes with discipline.
- Direct ERP and billing system upgrades or implementations.
- Drive automation to improve efficiency across finance workflows.
- Mentor and develop finance team members.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- 8–10 years of progressive, operationally focused finance experience.
- Expertise in both payable and revenue cycle management.
- Strong understanding of financial systems, data, and automation tools.
- Proven ability to scale finance operations in a growth environment.
- CPA or equivalent credential preferred but not required.
