Director of Field Service Operations

Develop business processes and tools to support the efficient, excellent execution of all aftermarket products and Field Service management


  • Analyzing operational execution of products (Startup, Modernization, Contracts) and staff performance.
  • Liaising with different departments to come up with improvement strategies.
  • Developing and implementing various quality control methods.
  • Scheduling training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff members.
  • Assisting with workforce planning including forecasting require skill deployment based on company’s opportunity funnel
  • Setting targets and business goals, and working alongside the team to achieve these goals.
  • Providing guidance and mentoring to other field staff.
  • Observing existing staff and operations, and developing strategies for improved efficiency and profit, as well as cost reduction.
  • Ensuring all operations stay within the allocated budget.
  • Develop and implement policies for maximizing operational efficiency and profitability
  • Address and resolve all issues concerning field office operations
  • Monitor key metrics and develop action plans for improving company profits
  • Develop and implement best practices and procedures to enhance business growth
  • Develop and introduce new proposals and technology to enhance business productivity
  • Collaborate with functional units of an organization to integrate new or existing services
  • Manage services provided by a company to ensure they meet client expectations and requirements
  • Ensure company operations comply with all local and federal labor laws and legislations
  • Create and oversee the implementation of field tools to enhance operational effectiveness
  • Ensure company operations are completed in a timely and effective manner.

Global experience; Developing processes, tools and metrics for Field Service operations

Bachelor’s degree in Business or a similar field.
MBA would be preferable.

10+ year experience supporting Field Service Operations in a leadership capacity
