Director of Facility Maintenance — Sales 📍 Memphis, TN

Growing industrial/warehouse services company is building out a new facility services & maintenance vertical and needs a sales-driven leader to run it.

The role: Part sales hunter, part ops leader. You'll personally sell service agreements & preventative maintenance contracts — starting with dock-and-door and expanding from there. You'll also own day-to-day department ops, including vendor management.

Who you are: ✅ Sold and/or managed PM / service agreement programs (dock-and-door, overhead door, or similar equipment) ✅ Operator background — ran a book of business, team, or your own company ✅ Comfortable being both the seller and the leader
