Support M&A, integration, synergy tracking, and diligence activities as applicable.
-
Design the future-state FP&A organization and hire/build a team as the business grows.

-
10+ years of progressive FP&A experience, with meaningful exposure at the enterprise level.

Prior experience in PE-backed, transaction-oriented, or similarly high-pressure environments is required.

Demonstrated success supporting $600M–$1B revenue organizations with complex operations.
-
Extensive experience presenting to executive teams and Boards.

Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities; able to operate strategically while remaining highly hands-on.
