- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for enterprise systems including core platforms, lending systems, and digital solutions
- Translate business needs into scalable technology strategies and actionable system solutions
- Lead enterprise-wide system optimization and platform integration initiatives to improve efficiency and performance
- Oversee vendor management and strategic partnerships to ensure alignment with organizational goals
- Drive execution of enterprise change management initiatives, fostering adaptability and accountability across teams
- Establish governance frameworks, product lifecycle management practices, and performance metrics for enterprise solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including operations, cybersecurity, and business units to align systems with client experience objectives
- Assess existing systems, workflows, and team capabilities to identify gaps and implement improvements
- Advance digital initiatives and ensure disciplined execution of post-launch enhancements
- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams, supporting leadership development within evolving team structures
- Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and measure performance outcomes
- Promote innovation, including the adoption of emerging technologies such as AI, to enhance organizational capabilities
Qualifications
- Five or more years of experience in product management, business systems leadership, enterprise platforms, or related areas, including at least three years leading cross-functional technology or product teams
- Strong background in financial services with knowledge of lending, core systems, and regulatory environments
- Experience with core banking platforms and integrated lending systems
- Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into scalable technology strategies and solutions
- Proven experience in enterprise change management, system optimization, platform integration, and vendor management
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field
- Executive presence with the ability to influence and drive alignment across a matrixed organization
- Forward-thinking mindset with openness to innovation and emerging technologies
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead through organizational change
