The Wellness and Disease Management Director is responsible for the administration, development, training, and evaluation of strategies to promote health and wellness system wide. The Director of Employee Health and wellness is responsibilities include implementing policies and procedures. The Employee Health Director facilitates changes to programs that are flexible with the needs of employees. Responsible for overseeing the employee annual health assessment and new employee health assessments, tracking and follow up of employee immunization status. Directs an employee health nurse who assists in providing skills, education and resources to employees for improving their health.

Requirements:

• RN Required
• BSN highly preferred
• 3+ years in Employee/Occupational Health leadership in an acute care hospital
