Schedule: Full-Time Day Shift
Setting: 420+ Bed Acute Care Hospital Level II Trauma Center 37-Bed ED 182 Daily Visits

Your Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of a 37-bed high-volume ED

  • Lead 2 Managers, 5 CNCs, and 85+ clinical staff

  • Enhance patient flow, care quality, and satisfaction metrics

  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

  • Drive strategic growth, staffing, and service line improvements

  • Collaborate with hospital leadership on system-wide initiatives

  • Manage hiring, training, and ongoing team development

What You’ll Need:

  • 3–5 years of ED leadership in acute care (Director or Manager level)

  • Experience in a Level I or II trauma center with 50K+ annual visits

  • BSN required; active RN license in state of practice

  • ACLS, BLS, and PALS or ENPC certifications

  • Proven results in operational leadership and team performance
