Director of Customer Success

The Director of Customer Success will oversee client relationships, service delivery, and customer experience strategy, ensuring operational excellence, strong client retention, and scalable service processes. The ideal candidate combines technical aptitude, strong business acumen, and a proven ability to lead customer-focused teams in a complex, detail-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the Account Management team, setting performance standards and driving a culture of service excellence
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex customer concerns, ensuring timely and effective resolution
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies that improve satisfaction, retention, and long-term loyalty

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager or Quality Manager, or similar leadership role in a corporate headquarters environment
  • Six Sigma training or certification preferred
  • Bachelor’s of Science degree, with courses in Calculus and Statistics
