A leading flexible packaging plant in the NYC/NJ area is looking for a strong Director of Customer Success. This group focuses on bags, pouches, and many zipper-based products. They have an Account Management group that needs leadership. Someone who understands this is a people role but has good metrics to help support the team. This person will help lead them with all departments, including estimating, production, and sales, which will all get involved with his or her team.

The ideal candidate is someone who has prior experience running a customer service or account management organization related to packaging. Anyone from the manufacturing trades is open to apply.
