The Director of Customer Service & Sales Enablement will lead efforts to improve customer satisfaction, sales efficiency, and operational processes for our Client. This role focuses on streamlining customer interactions, enhancing sales support, and utilizing data-driven strategies to drive revenue and market growth. The position involves building scalable processes, collaborating with sales and marketing teams, and adopting automation and analytics tools to optimize customer service and sales functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to accelerate sales, enhance customer experience, and drive revenue growth.
  • Build automation processes to improve efficiency and shorten sales cycles.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to provide the necessary tools and training.
  • Design and implement customer service processes that increase accuracy and scalability.
  • Drive customer engagement strategies to boost retention and satisfaction.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to eliminate sales and fulfillment bottlenecks.
  • Leverage AI, automation, and analytics to improve decision-making and customer interactions.
  • Develop and lead a high-performing, customer-focused team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of leadership experience in customer service or sales enablement.
  • Expertise in CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (P21) systems.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and change management abilities.
