Our client is a large integrated 5* Resort in the Philippines.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)

• Develop innovative strategies to enhance guest experiences
• Align CX initiatives with corporate goals for creativity and efficiency
• Evaluate customer experience and implement improvements
• Work with marketing to incorporate entertainment trends
• Promote engaging interactions between team members and customers
• Use data insights to drive enhancements in customer experience
• Ensure targets for customer satisfaction and loyalty are met
• Update senior leadership on CX initiatives and improvements

Profile

• College (or higher) degree
• Relevant experience in customer experience, customer service, or similar roles
• Strong in spoken and written English
• Integrated 5* Resort experience is a plus
• Strong in analyzing customer feedback and performance metrics
• Experience in developing and executing CX strategies
• Technology Savvy
• Positive attitude
• Independent and team player at the same time
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong leadership, tactical skills and result oriented
• Result oriented
• Able to work under pressure
• Energetic, hands-on, flexible, and motivated
• Computer literate
