Director of Corporate Finance

Focus:

  • Own the full finance function, including FP&A, accounting operations, compliance, audit, and financial reporting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting processes to align financial performance with strategic initiatives and growth targets.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls, financial policies, and systems to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
  • Partner directly with the executive team to provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Oversee cash flow planning, capital allocation, and funding strategies to support scalability and operational excellence.
  • Evaluate and implement systems and technology improvements across finance and accounting functions.
  • Serve as the primary financial liaison across internal departments, fostering collaboration and fiscal accountability.

Skill Set:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required; MBA or Master’s preferred.
  • CPA and/or CFA certification highly desirable.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, ideally within route-based B2C environments.
  • Proven track record of financial strategy development and execution in growth-oriented businesses.
  • Expertise in ERP systems, financial modeling, and internal controls.
  • Natural collaborator and influencer with sharp analytical and communication skills.
  • Comfortable in a high-accountability, entrepreneurial environment.
