About the Opportunity
We’re partnering with a growing manufacturer that has already invested in lean and continuous improvement tools but now needs a leader who can bring greater structure, consistency, and follow-through across multiple sites. This is a newly created role reporting directly to the COO and offers the chance to help shape how continuous improvement is built and led across the organization. This is a strong fit for someone who is dynamic, engaging, and excited by the opportunity to take existing efforts and make them better. The right person will enjoy building teams, influencing across plants, and creating stronger alignment around best practices, especially in locations that need more support.
What You’ll Do
Lead and strengthen continuous improvement efforts across multiple sites, helping standardize best practices and create a more connected, effective approach across the business. You’ll work closely with the COO as a key partner while helping bring more focus and direction to CI activity. This role will involve building and leading the CI team and influencing process engineering and plant resources even in locations where you are not onsite every day. You’ll help identify what is working, improve what is not, and drive stronger execution across the organization.
Who You Are
You are a multi-site continuous improvement leader who knows how to build teams, create alignment, and move people toward action. You are comfortable leading through influence, working across functions, and bringing structure to environments that may feel fragmented today. You are also the kind of person who is energetic, visible, and able to connect with teams at different locations. You know how to balance strategy with execution and can help an organization turn good tools into stronger results.
