DIRECTOR OF COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

WHAT: Director of Benefits & Compensation with hospital experience.

WHEN: Immediate Need!!

WHERE: Greater Columbus, Ohio

SALARY: $80k - $132k (COMPETITIVE)

RELOCATION PACKAGE: YES

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage Compensation & Benefits through analysis, development, evaluation, and implementation. Programs are designed to attract, retain and motivate a highly skilled workforce while ensuring compliance with governmental and other regulatory bodies, internal equity and competitive pay structure. Goals are achieved by providing the vision, leadership, planning, project coordination, and management for benefits and compensation.

EDUCATION: BA in HR or Business, MA degree preferred

EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in HR with 3+ years in a manager/director level position required. Prior hospital/healthcare experience in Human Resources required. Prior experience with automated HR/Payroll Systems required. Employee size of 800+ minimum. Must have experience with benefits plan negotiations and creating competitive compensation plans.
