EDUCATION: BA in HR or Business, MA degree preferred
EXPERIENCE: 5+ years of experience in HR with 3+ years in a manager/director level position required. Prior hospital/healthcare experience in Human Resources required. Prior experience with automated HR/Payroll Systems required. Employee size of 800+ minimum. Must have experience with benefits plan negotiations and creating competitive compensation plans.
