Director of Case Management - CLOSED
Morgan Hunter HealthSearch is assisting a 107-bed non-profit hospital with a search for a new Director of Case Management. Reporting to the CFO, the director is responsible for coordinating the care and services of all patients; promoting effective utilization and monitoring of health care resources; providing a leadership role with the interdisciplinary team to achieve desired clinical, financial, and resource outcomes. Will oversee a staff of eight with some interaction with the skilled nursing facility.
The appropriate candidate will have a minimum of five years of clinical and administrative experience, with at least two years of utilization/case management. Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related discipline required. Master's preferred. RN required.
