We are seeking a Director of Business Development for a unique healthcare ecosystem in Manhattan that focuses on innovation, knowledge and advancements in healthcare. This position will drive outreach efforts, connecting with potential partners within the healthcare industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development; experienced working with both public and private healthcare organizations. This role involves developing strategic relationships, securing event bookings and driving value through partnerships and sponsorships,

COMPENSATION: Salary up to $130,000 plus uncapped commissions, 100% employer-paid health/dental/vision insurance (for employee, spouse, dependents/family), STD/LTD, Commuter Benefits, 401k (immediately vested), Laptop, iPhone and monthly phone bill, complimentary breakfast/lunch/snacks, in-house gym membership/access

Director of Business Development Skills/Qualifications:
  • College degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 3-5 years of related work experience in sales, marketing, or customer service with a demonstrated history of growth
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Strong analytical skills and experience analyzing campaign performance to provide optimization recommendations
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management platforms and marketing tools
  • Experience in contract or non-profit fields of hospitality
