Review:

The Director of Business Development is the senior commercial leader at Golf Club, responsible for driving revenue growth across all the Club's key revenue streams — New Memberships, Corporate & Private Golf Events, Mini-Tournaments, Tour Groups, Visitors, and Sponsorships. This is a hands-on leadership role that calls for both strategic thinking and the ability to execute.

The Director will work closely with Member Relations, Golf Operations, F&B and Marketing, to ensure clients are well looked after and every commercial opportunity is acted on.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Thai nationality
• 8–10 years in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding commercial targets in hospitality, golf, leisure, or premium services.
• Strong experience in corporate sales, group business, and travel trade or MICE channels.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, particularly with senior corporate clients.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Thai language is an advantage.
• Comfortable with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
