Overview
A privately held parking operator is seeking a Director of Business Development – Healthcare to lead growth within hospital systems, medical office buildings, and healthcare campuses. This role focuses on securing new parking management partnerships in patient- and visitor-centric environments where service quality, operational execution, and trust are critical.
This is a newly created role intended for a business development leader who understands the nuances of healthcare environments. The role offers the opportunity to build and grow a dedicated healthcare vertical while developing trusted relationships with healthcare executives, facilities leaders, and operational stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a business development strategy focused on healthcare and medical parking environments
- Identify and pursue new hospital, health system, and medical office parking opportunities nationwide
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare leadership and facilities stakeholders
- Lead end-to-end sales pursuits including negotiated agreements and RFP-driven opportunities
- Partner closely with internal operations teams to align service models, including valet and other high-touch parking solutions
- Remain actively involved post-close to support service delivery, account retention, and expansion
- Monitor healthcare and mobility market trends impacting parking operations
Qualifications and Experience
- Demonstrated experience selling parking-related services into healthcare or medical environments
- Strong healthcare-focused relationship network preferred
- Experience with service-intensive parking operations, including valet, strongly preferred
- Proven ability to originate and close new business
- Stable career progression with increasing responsibility

Location and Travel
