For more than 60 years, our client has served the community of Bradley County and the surrounding areas. They are a two-campus, acute care facility with 350+ beds. The hospital offers a full range of health care services, including a 7,000 square-foot, 24-hour emergency care unit. They are also part of one of the largest and most successful healthcare systems in the United States.

They have engaged our firm to identify and recruit a high level, transformational leader for their 30 bed behavioral health unit with room to grow.

Description

Responsibility for the day to day operation of the Behavioral Health program and its services. A focus of this position is on compliance with all appropriate regulations and standards. Manage competent teams using industry standards and all applicable State regulations. Using Psychiatric Rehabilitation principals and Recovery Philosophy provide clinical and administrative supervision, coaching and education and ensure service excellence and courteous, helpful, and respectful services to staff and program members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least Five (5) years of experience in community mental health administration and supervision required.
• A Master's Degree in health care or a related field is preferred.
