Our client is a 550+ bed not for profit hospital that is partnered with some of the top hospital system in Ohio boasting some of the top talent in Ohio and meeting the healthcare needs of the community.

The primary purposes of this position are to provide clinical leadership, to direct patient care for the assigned unit, and to work cooperatively with the interdisciplinary health care team to maintain standards of nursing care within the framework of the Ohio Nurse Practice Act.  The Unit Director will also serve as a liaison between other areas of the hospital and also the community for the management of the Behavioral Health population. 

Requirements:

·        BSN Required

·        RN license in the state of OH

·        4+ years of Psychiatric nursing experience, preferably in a hospital setting
