This flagship property features 20+ restaurants and extensive event capabilities, requiring a leader to drive service excellence, manage large-scale events, and develop high-performing teams. Compensation & Benefits: $150,000 - $180,000 + performance bonus, comprehensive benefits, 401k match, PTO, dining discounts, relocation assistance.

Key Qualifications:
  • 5-7 years of related hospitality experience with 3-5 years in large-volume ($25M+) banquet operations required
  • Previous managerial experience in four to five-star level banquet operations
  • Strong background in guest service, event management, and hospitality standards
  • Financial acumen, including P&L analysis, budget management, and cost control

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead banquet operations - Supervise service teams, maintain four-star standards, and ensure seamless event execution
  • Drive guest excellence - Monitor service quality, manage special events, and deliver consistent, exceptional experiences
  • Develop teams and talent - Recruit, train, and mentor staff while managing performance and retention
  • Manage financial performance - Oversee P&L, control costs, maintain budgets, and achieve departmental goals
