Key Qualifications:
- 5-7 years of related hospitality experience with 3-5 years in large-volume ($25M+) banquet operations required
- Previous managerial experience in four to five-star level banquet operations
- Strong background in guest service, event management, and hospitality standards
- Financial acumen, including P&L analysis, budget management, and cost control
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead banquet operations - Supervise service teams, maintain four-star standards, and ensure seamless event execution
- Drive guest excellence - Monitor service quality, manage special events, and deliver consistent, exceptional experiences
- Develop teams and talent - Recruit, train, and mentor staff while managing performance and retention
- Manage financial performance - Oversee P&L, control costs, maintain budgets, and achieve departmental goals
