Our client is one of the largest residential lighting manufacturer in the U.S. that supports high-end builders and design firms with over 50 company-owned showrooms in every major market in the U.S. They are looking for a Director of Sales to take over a $100M region overseeing independent rep agencies calling on the A&D community and regional high end builders.
Candidate must be based out of California, Washington, or Colorado.

- Monitor independent showroom sales reporting
- Strategic account management and new market development
- Recruit, train, develop, and coach a professional sales team
- Support new showroom location development as needed
- Bachelor's degree
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- 5+ years of selling to residential home builders
